Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. However, before purchasing, or making your appointment, please carefully review the following:
All services are by appointment only, with the requirement that any service must be paid for prior to the appointment being scheduled. This payment reserves the facility and secures the staff member's commitment for that specific appointment time.
Please be aware that patrons cannot change, modify, or cancel a scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice, for any reason, without loss of the original fee, as well as incurring an additional rescheduling fee prior to any new appointment being made.
A notification to cancel, modify, or change a scheduled appointment time MUST BE MADE BY CALLING OUR OFFICE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT and either speaking to someone directly or by leaving a clear voicemail regarding your request to cancel, change, or modify your appointment.
Notifications to cancel, modify, or change a scheduled appointment time CANNOT be made through e-mail or text messages, as these are NOT acceptable or monitored for this purpose, and are unreliable due to the time sensitive nature of such requests.
Thank you for your kind understanding that once you are within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, payment for any scheduled service is applied to the availability of the staff that committed to providing the service for your specific scheduled appointment time, as well as for the reservation of that portion of the facility that is not available for other use due to your scheduled appointment.
